Born and raised in San Francisco, Lance A. Casazza grew up on Lombard Street, one block from the famous crooked street, starting his fascination with remarkable properties and neighborhoods.
After graduating from St. Francis High School in 1989, he attended UC Davis, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in exercise science and was a four-year football standout.
One day after graduation, he moved to Scotland to work for the National Football League, helping his team win the World Bowl Trophy and further sparking his interest in beautiful locales.
In 1998, Lance enrolled in Palmer West College of Chiropractic, where he became president of his chiropractic college and achieved the honor of Valedictorian. He then moved to Sacramento, where he felt at home immediately and opened his practice in 2002.
Over the years, aside from growing his practice to one of Sacramento’s most beloved, his ventures included being the team doctor for local sports franchises, volunteering at Wellspring Women’s Center, and being recognized by Sacramento Magazine and The Sacramento News and Review as Sacramento’s Top Chiropractor.
Always up for a challenge and looking to further positively impact the Sacramento community, he has gone on to endeavors like opening a Yoga studio, two well-known restaurants, a Cryotherapy Center, and written three top-rated books to compliment his motivational speaking engagements.
Throughout his life, “Dr. Lance” has proven dedicated to serving the Sacramento region, and that dedication now includes being qualified to help meet your real estate needs.
